Burnout Prevention and Staff Care
Public Group active 1 month agoIn order to be effective aid professionals, we need to be physically, mentally and emotionally healthy and aware. That’s why staff care, burnout prevention and resilience training are an important part of humanitarian work.
I invite all humanitarian professionals to join this group regardless of their personal experience of burnout because prevention and awareness are the best staff-care tools.
The group is meant to be a forum where we can exchange information, as well as support each others in finding effective ways of reducing stress, preventing burnout and compassion fatigue.
Thanks for joining!
