Gayathri – gosh! Surprised to see this pop up! I wrote this more than a dozen years ago for open learning material at the Refugee Studies Centre in Oxford. The core ideas in here are much more fully elaborated in the Inter-Agency Guide to Evaluation of Psychosocial Programming in Humanitarian Emergencies that I helped develop, which was published last year, and is available on this MHPSS site. We are hopeful for the translation of this guide into languages other than English in the coming months.
