I am an Italian psychiatrist with a strong interest in psychotrauma complaints resulting from persecution, war and violence.

- Active volunteer and member of the NGO Medicos del Mundo (http://www.medicosdelmundo.org) since 2006, with special interest in mental health promotion and social inclusion. Former Coordinator of the Mental Health Prevention team and, currently, a member of the Management Board of Medicos del Mundo Aragón.

- Member of the Grupo Apoyo e Intervención Psicosocial (GRIP), a psychosocial support group, within the NGO Medicos del Mundo, which cooperates with professionals from other entities and NGOs, providing psychological support to the teams working in the field on international cooperation projects (currently advising the expatriates working in the Tindouf Refugee Camps in the Western Sahara).
- I worked within MSF (Doctors without borders) in a psychosocial project in Hebron, Occupied Palestinian Territories during 9 months.
