Agree with Chathuri, very helpful. I particularly liked the section highlighting the importance of training that is accredited. In response to a rapidly depleting social workforce in Africa, REPSSI offers an 18 month situated (you stay in your work place) supported (you gather every 2-3 weeks in a support group with an experienced mentor)…[Read more]

Thank you very much for the post, there is a mine of resources here! Some of them are in MHPSSN, but I find it very useful to have all the resources for non-specialized settings in the same link. It can be very useful in the field. I hope that other members will give you their feedback.
