Key things to note:
1. Protection & access to Health care (including medication) are listed as key concerns in Tripoli, Banghazi, Misrata and the Nafusa mountain areas
2. Water supplies are gradually coming back on line, and bottled water distribution has increased.
3. UN Co-ordination and presence has returned to Tripoli (from Zarzis in Tunisia and Banghazi). Clusters and WG are expected to follow suit.
