The Summer School – which is in its second edition – is jointly organized by the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna and the International Organization for Migration (IOM). It aims at providing a framework of understanding of the psychosocial dimension of displacement, while presenting harmonized ethics, approaches and tools associated with psychosocial support. The School addresses the needs of psychologists, social workers, educators-teachers, medical doctors and psychiatrists, nurses, artists, humanitarian workers, emergency experts, development workers and similar.
