These minutes might be useful for individuals and organisations wishing to become involved in the W Cape In the Western Cape, there are two main structures to deal with possible xenophobic violence, namely the Provincial Joints (a safety and security structure convened by the SAPS, which also convenes the Safety Forum) and the Provincial Committee on Social Conflict (convened by the Province). The Safety Forum is the official platform for engagement with civil society.
